Stop/Transfer Service

In most cases, you do not need to visit our office to stop or transfer water service. Stopping or transferring service can only be completed Monday-Friday. Please contact DMWW Customer Service one working day prior to the day you will need water service stopped. Call Customer Service Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm at (515) 283-8700 or email customerservice@dmww.com.  Please provide your name, current address, forwarding address, date of service stop/transfer, and phone number.

Please be aware that water may be turned off if the new party does not contact us and request for starting new service.
