Facility Rental Application Form

The following section contains the information about your rental. Please complete each section for the facility you would like to reserve for your event.

The Memorial Fountain is available for rentals up to 3 hours in duration. The rates for the Memorial Fountain are $100.00 per hour without electricity, or $125.00 per hour with electricity. Please indicate the duration of your event (in hours), as well as the beginning and end time.

The South Garden Gazebo is available for rentals up to 3 hours in duration. The rate for the South Garden Gazebo is $75.00 per hour. Please indicate the duration of your event (in hours), as well as the beginning and end time.

The Park Shelter-South is available for rentals in 2 time slots, 7:00am to 1:00pm, and 3:00pm to 10:00pm. You may select one or both of the time slots, if available. The rate for the Park Shelter-South is $50.00 per time slot. Please indicate the time(s) you would like to reserve the Park Shelter-South.

The Park Shelter-South facility includes six picnic tables. Additional picnic tables can be provided for $5.00 each. Indicate below how many additional tables you need for your event.

The park at Dale Maffitt Reservoir is available for rentals at $75.00 per hour. The park hours are 6am-9pm during Daylight Savings Time, and 7am-8pm during Standard Time.
